Who I Am
I’m Kat Hammonds—a holistic health practitioner, yoga therapist, and devoted explorer of what it means to live authentically. Over the past 30+ years, I’ve walked alongside countless people on their journeys to feel better, move better, and uncover the stories hidden beneath the surface.
With a degree in Dietetics, certifications as an ERYT-500 Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant, advanced training in Vedic counseling, and a foundation in both modern science and ancient wisdom, I bring a unique approach to guiding others. My work is rooted in the belief that our bodies never lie, our higher mind always knows, and that true transformation happens when we learn to trust these innate truths.
